San Marcos Water
Utility Customer Services provides customer service and receives payments for utilities provided by the City of San Marcos. The office is located at 1040 HWY 123 and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). This location has both a walk-in lobby and a drive-through. If you are unable to locate information on this website, customer service representatives may be reached by emailing utility_billing@sanmarcostx.gov or by calling 512-393-8383 and selecting option 3.
